Trial and pricing
How long is the trial and what does it include?
The trial lasts 15 days and is completely free. You run it with your own vehicles and your own team, and an adviser supports you throughout the set-up: they get to know your needs, help you load your data and explain how everything works.
What happens when the 15 days are up?
It's up to you. At the end of the trial you choose whether to continue and on which plan. If you don't want to carry on, you don't need to do anything else.
How much does Resoluvion cost?
There is a monthly plan and an annual plan, and optional modules are activated separately. We put together a proposal tailored to your team: request a demo and we'll send it to you.
Which modules are included and which are optional?
The platform comes with the Checklists, Vehicles, Supplies and Employees modules, plus the alerts and data import features. Time tracking, Uniforms, Events and HR are optional, and you activate them when you need them.
Day-to-day use
Can I create my own checklists?
Yes. There are templates by vehicle type, for cleaning and for equipment, as well as blank checklists that you can customise fully. You can require a photo when something fails.
Does the platform work without coverage?
Yes. Time tracking, checklists and issue reports are saved on the device and sync on their own when the connection returns. Time tracking is an optional module.
Which devices can I use it on?
On your mobile (Android and iPhone), tablet or computer. Apps on the App Store and Google Play are coming soon.
Will it alert me about vehicle inspections (ITV), servicing and equipment below minimum?
Yes. Each vehicle has its own record with due dates, and notices keep you informed of what is expiring, reported breakdowns and equipment that falls below its minimum level.
Can I see where each vehicle is?
Yes. Telematics comes as part of the Vehicles module: you connect your tracking server and see each vehicle's position and route history without leaving the platform. It is activated on the vehicles for which you provide tracking details.
Data and team
We work with Excel. Do we have to start from scratch?
No. With the importers you can bring in employees, vehicles and equipment from Excel or CSV yourself, and your adviser can help you during the trial if you prefer.
Does everyone see all the information?
No. Each person signs in with the access profile that suits them (for example operative, supervisor, team leader, maintenance, HR or read-only), and permissions are adjusted by module, with view or manage options.
Data, cancellation and contract
Can I export my data?
Yes. Customers can export their data.
What happens to data that is deleted?
It is kept for 30 days from the day it is deleted.
Who can delete an employee’s record?
Only an administrator or your company’s HR department. Employees cannot delete their own record.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The monthly plan has no minimum commitment. With the annual plan you pay for the year at a discount and the service stays active until it ends. If you cancel earlier, the months used are charged at the undiscounted price, with an early-termination penalty where applicable, and the rest is refunded. The specific terms are set out in your proposal.
