At Resoluvion we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process through this website, for what purpose, and what your rights are, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

- Professional data: sector and size of the vehicle fleet.

- Technical and preference data, such as the language you choose and your cookie choice, which are stored on your own device.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to:
- Handle your request for information or a demonstration and contact you.
- Manage and respond to the enquiries we receive.
- Send you commercial communications about Resoluvion only if you have given us your consent.
- Comply with the legal obligations that apply to us.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and ticking the acceptance box; the application of pre-contractual measures at your request; and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
5. Retention period
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the limitation periods applicable to possible legal liabilities. If no business relationship is established, we will delete your data once it is no longer needed.
6. Recipients and international transfers
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. We may use service providers (web hosting, email, management tools) that act as data processors under contract. If any provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we will require appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. Data processed on the platform
The processing of data that client companies enter into the Resoluvion platform (employees, vehicles, time clock records, etc.) is governed by the corresponding service agreement and data processing agreement, and not by this policy.
10. Minors
This website is aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
